Shipping policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and complete (full quantity as received) to be eligible for a refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’re happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Because these items are small batch and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns outside of the return window.
